It's a fancy hotel masquerading as a cheap one. The staff are friendly. The rooms are all different, so I can only tell you about the one I stayed in which was "un refurbished." It had a massive early 20th century armoire. There was gorgeous tile in the bathroom. There were french doors to the bathroom and to the balcony. Yes, there was a balcony. And it was 80euro a night.

Staff is the best! Extremely helpful. Rooms are perfect with old world charm. I think it was built around 1914.

Would not recommend unless you are looking to experience what it may have been like in the early 1960s. The only thing nice I can say is the architecture is very interesting.
