I love this beautiful little hotel. The staff were friendly and incredibly accomodating with our touring bicycles. Any questions asked, were answered with a smile.

We had an excellent stay. I asked for bottles of both flat and carbonated water on arrival and this was taken care of as expected. The room we had was clean, with enough space to put luggage and still walk around freely. Little outside noise and no trouble with hearing other hotel guests. We were also very happy with the airconditioning as it was very hot in Paris when we were staying over. Staff was friendly and helped us with printing some documents we needed during our trip. They speak and understand English well. The Metro station is nearby although it's not the most convenient of stations as a starting point for discovering Paris.

We stayed for 8 days, the concierge were all very friendly, personable, and very accommodating. The superior double room was tastefully decorated, and had a great floor plan to allow for two people with lots of luggage. The location is also perfect with easy access to the 8, 3a, and the 6 Metro Lines. We'll definitely consider staying here again for future trips. Thank you!!

Nice hotel, but very noisy. The metro noise isn't bad, it's the thin walls and floors that are the problem. Trying to sleep at 1am on a Wednesday night and other guests are keeping me up. Other times I was woken up by loud footsteps from above. They do provide earplugs but I don't want to risk sleeping through a building fire.
My "deluxe room", which is said to be bigger is small and the bathroom is tiny, but this is Paris and their prices are reasonable. There is a small desk in the corner which was nice to have.
The location is great - on the eastern edge of Paris but great access to the 8 metro line which goes very central as well as the 3 tram is right here. Quick and easy to get around.
I would probably skip the breakfast if I were to stay here again, but I can't remember what it cost.

Room on the street side are a little bit loud - ask for room facing away from the street and on higher floors because of metro running under hotel. Staff are extremely friendly, public transportation is nearby, supermarket across the street and some good restaurants also. Wifi and TV works good.
