Un service hallucinant! La voiture rayée de partout et rien de notifier sur le papier. A savoir que la prise se fait seul et dans le parking sombre. J'ai raté à l'inspection un pète sur le pare brise du coups, j'en avais même marre d'inspecter chaque millimètre puisque la voiture était toute rayée..
Impossible de prolonger à distance la location, il faut aller au -4 systématiquement. Aucune possibilité de paiement par virement même pour une location affilié à mon entreprise (groupe internationale), obligé de payer par cb. Bref, rien de simple, rien de carré ici ! A fuir

All'arrivo attesa di un'ora per ritirare l'auto prenotata su Internet. L'impiegato voleva per forza farmi prendere un'auto più grande dicendo che quella era piccola per me. Alla riconsegna, hanno preteso 56€ per un graffietto sul coppone, cosa che del resto già c'era al ritiro. Colpa mia che non avevo fatto storie al ritiro. Sconsiglio vivamente.

Very nice helpful staff! Hard to find their office. No signs in station like other rental agents directing you to their location. Turns out it is because they are not in the station. Outside station in a building across street on Rue de Bercy. They are not allowed to put their signs inside station. Very confusing. They need to post on their Google maps information site directions to rental counter.
Staff went above and beyond to be helpful. Went with us downstairs to car . Programed GPS into English for us.

Staff were pleasant and professional. The carpark is terribly hard to get into (maybe it's just Paris.), you have to return the car all the way down the deep basement and then take the lift up to the ground level. The staff will then go all the way down to check the car...
No extra charges were tacked on and staff spoke English. Overall pretty good.
Roads and traffic around this area was horrendous. Probably would avoid this branch in the future unless you need to come to this train station.
