Neat and clean hotel. Centrally located. But room was small and had no basic amenities like kettle, tea bags, water bottles. Breakfast at 9.9€ was overpriced as breakfast was very basic.

Ideally situated for the train station in fact it's right next door

Basic room. Clean and helpful staff. Train station is just outside the hotel. Very convenient for travelling around Nice

Nice and clean/ modern hotel. The swimming pool is great but very shallow and food with the computers are easy to get to!

Upon checking in, we were pointed to a small, clean, perfunctory room with a small bathroom. That being said, the bed is comfy, and the real benefit is its location. It is right next to the train station, making it a perfect jumping off point for any visits to the rest of the South-East of France. Furthermore, the airport connections are excellent, being right next to the bus stop for bus 99.
