Beautifully designed small rooms, and super welcoming staff.
The major issue that would keep me from booking again is the cigarette smoke wafting into our room all night.

The Hotel Crillon is run by a very nice staff, but the building is poorly maintained enough that I wouldn't stay there again.
The room is mostly a standard small-ish European hotel room, but it's particularly poorly laid out. There's a cabinet for clothes, but the floor of its larger side isn't quite big enough for a standard carryon suitcase, so there's no place to store a suitcase. And the door on the other side can barely be opened because it opens into the bedside table. And there's no desk of note; it's too small to fit even a laptop, but there's a chair floating next to it, mostly just being in the way. The safe in the cabinet (on the side of the cabinet that could barely be opened) was not large enough to store a medium-size laptop, though it's possible it might fit a few laptops at the smallest end of laptop sizes.
The first night I was there, one of the ceiling panels (near the doorway) fell out while I was sleeping, waking me up with a huge noise (metal panel on wood floor), and leaving the electric cable to the light in that panel dangling. Whatever maintenance allowed this to happen seems unacceptable.
The drain in the shower also doesn't have a U-bend to trap some water, so the smell of the sewer comes up out of the shower drain. It's not that bad if the air conditioning is on or the windows are open, but it can be quite noticeable after coming back from a day out. And opening the windows is a bad idea because of all the mosquitoes.
Otherwise the bathroom was fine (though small), and the shower controls were good.
The breakfast had a decent selection of stuff (coffee machine, orange and apple juice, water, bread, jam, honey, cereal, milk, yoghurt, ham, cheese, fruit salad, croissants, pain au chocolat, a few pieces of fruit, and a few other things), although the quality of the ingredients wasn't great (such as the baguettes).
The wifi was pretty slow. Using multiple devices was fine, but occasionally I'd get multiple repeated prompts to log in on one of them, though otherwise I think I only needed to log in once each time I used the device.

I didn't attempt to ask them to address any of these issues, given that I didn't want a bunch of repair people coming through the room when the safe wasn't big enough for my laptop, though I obviously told them about the fallen ceiling panel when I checked out.

Stayed here for a long weekend, lovely staff, free coffee, water and sweets at reception. Rooms are clean and well decorated. Excellent location in the centre of Nice. Recommended!

Good location, really nice staff, stylish & clean rooms and free snacks! The only negative thing is the small size of the rooms.

Nicely and cute hotel, helpfully staff. Room was small but it was fine for me and my wife. Bathroom was clear and it's important for us. In the Looby is a free bar with water, coffee and some candy. Close to bus stop, I really recommend.
