Booked online, went to pick up and it was a very easy interchange. Everything as expected, even had the car ready that I asked for online. They spoke great english, were very helpful with questions and directions etc.

Don’t use - took 10 emails to get charges reversed that should not have ever been put on. The service on collection is terrible. Better paying more upfront and not having the hassle. Well documented how this company tries to rip customers off. Not the first time either.

To leave your Europcar, take your car to the Parking Gare Thiers, 12 Avenue Thiers, 06000 Nice, France. Enter from the main entrance at the corner and then go down and turn right. Take a ticket and then take the car to the roof top through the narrow circular ramp up. You don't have to pay for the ticket. Leave the car there at the roof at the designated spot and then come down to this building to drop your keys. Photos attached for both the places.

Hired a vehicle from here and was given no english documentation, the vehicle was not checked before departure and when I returned the vehicle to Nice Airport, the airport team spotted a scratch on the vehicle and charged me for this. Also as the station team did not record mileage on the vehicle before we departed so Europcar have billed me for every mile ever done on this vehicle, more than 350 Euros in additional charges!
