Chambre du rez-de-chaussée non aérée et propreté qui laisse à désirer, Une amélioration des lieux est indispensable. Un perroquet dans un hôtel n'est pas très recommandable surtout pour les chambres au rez-de-chaussée.

Que des problèmes avec cet hôtel, suite annulation 8 jours avant la date réservée, impossible de se faire rembourser sur les chambres entièrement payées. Attention selon son règlement intérieur, non précisé lors de la commande, pas de remboursement, ou uniquement un très petit geste commercial après deux mois de discussion (moins de 40% de la somme engagée) avec beaucoup de difficultés. Je le déconseille fortement.

Many things to fix and improve. First thing is that this hotel was many years ago certified as a 3 star hotel but now in reality is no more than a 2 star hotel, with very bad in sonorisation and rooms that are not well maintained(rust on the bathroom and scratched walls and furniture). The worst thing is that the walls seem to be extremely thin because during the night you can hear everything that's happening in the rooms close by, and even between floors(everything! all night long, and this was during the week days). The neighborhood is not the best one to walk around in the evening, with a lot of noise and people arguing and fighting during the night. The hotel has a underneath parking lot, but it's very small and hard to get around if you have a large car, but It's a much better option than to leave your car on the street. The only good thing is that the hotel staff was polite and helpful.

Positif : Bien situé, proche du centre ville, chambre spacieuse, ruelle calme.
Négatif : personnel très peu aimable, et pas du tout à disposition de la clientèle. Plusieurs demandes n'ont jamais été satisfaites.

The pictures really up-sell this hotel. It isn't quite what it shows in the pictures. The value was good, but you kinda get what you pay for. The bathroom--though clean--was semi falling apart. The handle on the bathtub was cracked and broken. The room smelled a little and was pretty hot. The staff was extremely UNhelpful. They seemed to think we were a bother. The location was ok--we could walk downtown, though it took about twenty minutes and was pretty confusing to get there. All in all--I don't think I'll go back.
