Hotelo is a no frills hotel providing a comfortable stay in central Lyon. The hosts are welcoming and knowledgeable and the rooms are of a good standard and clean. Some front rooms receive road noise but if you're accustomed to city living, it's no more than usual.

The very best of locations with excellent service and good room size. Only two star as they have no lift. Not a problem for us as there is only one floor and they were happy to help with luggage and make recommendations. English is very good and city cycles stand just outside. 10/10

Great spot! Clean, cool, comfortable. Super close to Gare Perrache but not loud or too busy. GREAT STAFF. Delicious and relaxing breakfast. 500m from the Rhone walk/run/bike path and 850m to the amazing outdoor pool complex. If I'm ever back in Lyon, I will stay here FOR SURE. THANK YOU

Hotel has a great location, with walking distance to most sightseeing points and metro. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We got very good sightseeing and dining tips.
Hotel has one special room (Troglodyte), which is spacious, but has no windows. It is well described on the hotel's website, but be aware that third party websites might not provide this information and you might think you are getting double room with the view to the city, but instead you get this room.
Overall stay in this hotel was very good.

My wife and I stayed last week and found the Hotel great and Oliver generous in advice for sight seeing and the car being taken by him to park so I did not need to worry about parking. Thank you for your hospitality and kindness. I cannot recommend highly enough
