Beautiful location and grounds.
Few issues, such as water for the shower not very hot and some mold and rust in the side of the shower. We also weren't able to have dinner past 9:00pm, only desert.
The bed was a double bed put together for a king size and was missing the fitted sheet. We were right on the mattress pad.
Our room only had a shower, no tub, so ask for a tub if you prefer this.
We also had another guest's name on our bed as a welcome letter.
While most of the staff were quite friendly and helpful, there was an older French woman behind the front desk with short hair who was particularly rude and unwilling to help with simple questions about the area. I made every effort in French and English but she was not interested and either kept ignoring my questions or giving me short unhelpful answers.
But the grounds were beautiful and the breakfast incredible.

Although it's a nice hotel with beautiful rooms I wouldn't describe a small swimming pool and a tiny Hammam as a 'Spa'.

Nice hotel with clean amd spacious rooms, but does not deserve their "spa" name... the 4 place hammam and the very little swimming pool in the cave are at best a nice to have, but no spa complex.

Je me suis rendu dans cette hôtel à deux reprise, pour un total de 3 nuits.
L'hôtel est vraiment agréable, confortable avec une piscine intérieure chauffée.
Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec une grande douche à l'italienne. Le petit déjeuné est plutôt bien mais un peu en dessous de ce que nous pourrions attendre d'un 4 étoiles.
Je n'ai pas mangé au restaurant donc je suis sans avis.
Cette hôtel est idéal pour une escapade romantique, et en plus il est plutôt abordable pour ce niveau de prestations.

Great spa hotel with nice sauna and pool. Only downside is that the spa closes at 9 pm. Way too early!
