Finding this place is like finding Nemo. The new road system is badly signposted, so satnav directions mentioning a roundabout have you going in circles...literally.
The EASIEST way to reach here is to program your satnav for the Carrafore Supermarket. As you turn into the estate, you'll see their garage on the right (assuming that you were directed like me?) On the roundabout, come almost back on yourself (4th exit) and what almost looks like an afterthought...you'll see a track that leads to the hotel...next to F1.
The attached photographs show the area.
There are NO bars here, even the supermarket has no restaurant. The nearest bar is at least 800m-900m away and isn't a place I'd recommend.
All in all this is a poor budget hotel. I agree with others, that the noise is pretty abysmal, kids yelling out, parents standing on communal walkways talking...and of course, the obligatory 'screams', from an obviously satisfied female, who wants the whole hotel to know how much she's enjoying 'Roger'. Free WiFi is OK, parking is also free, but limited spaces...so be aware. Receptionists are helpful.
Oh yes, there are no bathroom towels supplied here.

Really cheap, friendly staff, but really noisy at night.

As an overnight on the way to somewhere else it works somewhat but it's nowhere near the best place I've had an overnight stop. The only way to describe the place is to imagine lots of 40ft containers stacked on top of each other, your room and bathroom is half of one of those.
The rooms are very small which makes the bathroom even smaller. You may need to contort yourself to get a shower if you are tall, yoga classes prior to your visit may help! It is possible to sit on the toilet, wash your hands in the sink and get a shower at the same time.
There were many families staying here unfortunately some children were still running up and down the stairs and shouting across to each other well after 11:30pm. We had the misfortune to have an outside room which had a metal walkway running to the rooms on the other side of the hotel. As some of the metal panels are loose, when anyone walks up and down there it's like there's an elephant walking up and down it using a hammer as they go. There is Wi-Fi but reception on it is very patchy.
Locally there's a large supermarket very close by and a petrol station. It's a 20 minute drive from the Dunkirk ferry port, so it's convenient. It's cheap, clean (ish), convenient buy noisy and cramped!

Okay for a place to rest your head. Not very clean, rooms smelt of the toilet. Good secure parking

We stayed Sunday 4-9-2016. It is a Budget Hotel and over all exceeded our expectations so much so that we booked it for our return Friday 16-4-2016. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful. A good nights sleep and plenty of secure parking.
