Very comfortable, sizable room, but you would expect it given the rate. The gym trainers were very knowledgable and kind, eager to show new exercises and to help. The spa, not as complete as expected but lavish in many ways. A special weekend treat!

Room not ready upon arrival. On top of that, I was informed that the room would even only be available after the official check-in time...
At no point was I able to detect any initiative or coorporation from reception in swapping to similar room from a potential later arrival...

I didn't stay here but the hotel itself is beautiful. Lovely interior and the swimming pool looks great. Probably one of the best hotels I have ever visited inside wise. We had tea on the terrace and the waiter service was very good and we had a very friendly server who spoke very good English. The dining room is also splendid.

I've been to a lot of places, but none were as professional, welcoming, polite and helpful as "Hotel du Palais" ;
We came to the southwest of France for vacation, to Surf, and for my mothers birthday.
At the Club desk, we were able to get a last minute table and lounge chairs to enjoy the day!
The views are Breathtaking ! And the food is AMAZING!
But that's not all, I was amazed on how well everyone works together here, the people working here all work together to make everyone as happy and as satisfied as possible!
The Hotel du Palais went BEYOND expectations and I will definitely be coming back!

I guess it has seen better days. We went only for a cocktail and we had to wait more than half an hour to get them. Also we had to ask for the bill 3 times. It wasn't too overcrowded..
