Rude and arrogant staff, nobody to check you in after 10, will keep your prepaid money even after having denied your check-in by their incompetence like a good old romanian scam... it's the only supposedly luxury hotel in Amiens so obviously they are not making any effort. Choose the Mercure for better rooms, comfort, service, rate and attitude.

Sorry this review is a little late! This hotel was our first hotel on our European holiday in Sept/Oct 2015 and as it turned out is was the nicest hotel that we stayed in in France. Estelle Walti, the Hotel Manager, was lovely. The hotel was very comfortable and we would definitely stay there again should we be lucky enough to be able to visit France again - fabulous country. The only down-side was the "bloody" weather - it poured down for the whole 2 days we were in Amiens. The cathedral is to die for - out of this world. I can see why it was sand-bagged during the WWI.

Excellente adresse !! En plein centre ville, pas de stationnement mais un voiturier qui prend en charge le véhicule, animaux acceptés. J'étais dans un petit appartement avec cuisine, très grande salle de bains avec sauna à infra rouge et une SUPERBE terrasse.. Le petit déjeuner était juste magnifique (produits frais). Personnel aux petits soins !! Effectivement quand on va dans ce genre d'établissement, il faut s'attendre à une facture en conséquence... Je reviendrais, merci à vous !
