Hôtel bon rapport qualité prix. Il a néanmoins besoin d'un serieux rafraîchissement , d'aspect un peu bordelique. Le petit déjeuner vraiment très moyen très impersonnelle sans service, par contre restaurants partenaires , sympa.

Très bon accueil chaleureux. Chambre très propre. Il manque juste le fait de pouvoir dîner sur place.

Do not trust the photos of the rooms you see online. My room was nothing like them. Old and needing of updating. It was clean. Air conditioning didn't work well. It was 35°C out. So hot in the room. Later in the evening I was able to open the windows to get the room cooler.
Upon arrival at 3:30pm the doors to the hotel were locked. No one answered knocking or door bell. Finally I called and was told I had to wait until 4pm to be let in because that was check in time.
The breakfast in the morning for €10 Euros consisted of a few small croissants and sparse amounts of cheese and yogurt. Even for only €10 euros it's not worth it.
Do not stay here. There are plenty of other options in Agen and I would likely pick a place closer to the river in a nicer location and better service.
Maybe some of the rooms are updated and modern but when the hotel is empty and they give you an old and terrible room with no AC why take your chances?
