Avoid at all cost.
Our car was about 15 years old Nissan with 150000+ km on it. A really torn down car with dents and scratches all over and the worst thing was the smell.
On return I had to pay 600 dollars for a new windscreen that had a small crack on it. (which most likely was there already)
600 dollars even though I had paid extra insurance!
I think the cars value just doubled.

Typically i do not review places however i thought i would review This company, being a loyal customer i thought i would repay them for looking after me so well over the years.
The service from them has been excellent on every visit of ours, and trust me we travel to Fiji a lot. We always get a better car then we book (suppose one of the perks of being a regular client), exceptional customer service and always on time (glad they don't operate on Fiji time) hahah.
Overall you need to try these guys to truly get an idea of what they have to offer. Excellent choice if you are looking for a local company to deal with, as these guys are by far one of the best rental car companies in Fiji. Trust me as I have tried a lot of them before finding these guys.

This company's service is great! They took very good care of us. We were given a vehicle which was in excellent condition and they even threw in a free upgrade for us. When dropping off the vehicle at the airport, one of the staff even helped to push my luggage to the check-in area because I had both the bags and my baby to handle.
I'm not sure what's driving all the bad reviews for these guys but my experience with Satellite has been more than perfect. When booking with them, I had my reservations just because of the bad ratings other reviewers have given them on this site but I didn't have a big budget and Satellite (being a local company) were more than competitive with their rates. I'm glad I found this company, I have many more trips to Fiji to come and it's nice to know there is a reliable business out there that actually cares for their customers. Highly recommended!

I don't even want to give them one star!!! Our rentals were with Budget, but the vehicles didn't make it back due to floods. Budget revered us to Satellite. The vehicles reeked of sweat and urine, only the drivers window would go down and the back tyres had hardly any air in them. On returning the vehicles, the bloke went straight to a small dent that only a panel beater would find and charged my brother in law $620 and a fine of $1000 for taking the vehicles on the ferry ( Budget knew, but the info wasn't passed on and was never mention on signing, but is apparently on their website). This company is fraudulent! Goodness knows how many times that dent has been paid for! Total rip off!!!

Typically I have had terrible experiences renting cars from small local shops. The cars are usually old and the service is horrifying. But this was a pleasant experience (the car was a bit older, but clean and worked). When Budget didn't have a car for us (our fault, we showed up to the wrong branch), these guys gave us a car for a good price to match our previous quote. No hidden fees and no hassle. At the end, I had left my hat in the car and there were nice enough to bring it back and meet me in the check-in line at the airport to give me my hat!! Thanks. All in all, a good experience.
