Total rip off company.
We ordered Hummer H2 2 weeks before our travel and had to prepay.
First the price changed because the guy said the agreed priced was without VAT. So he just added 20% to our bill. And after this also demanded another 50 eur to keep our reservation.
When I called him to talk about this, the phone was hung up twice.
I thought our money was lost, but then he started answering emails again.
When we arrived there was no limo upstairs at the airport at the agreed time. I tried calling 3 times before someone answered and we got the message he had to go downstars, 20 min 2 limos arrived.
And we went to go into the Hummer H2, but then the limo driver said it had been a problem with the car, and that we had to take the Ford Excursion which is much older and smaller car.
Som girls got to take the hummer H2 which we had paid and booked 2 weeks in advance.
I called the guy and asked what was up and he said they had 2 Hummer H2 and that the other one was on service. Which he had failed to mention anything about.
We aksed our limo driver about this and he was from another company and they guy had called him the day before to book him for this job.
We think our guy got a more attractive booking for our limo, and just found another limo for us.
All in all a really bad experience, we felt we were getting ripped off the minute we had paid 50% of the bill. I can not recommend this company in any way.
