False advertisement, no towels, no breakfast and I didn't have hot showers which is fine because I'm use to it but still. The worst part was this African family working there I guess singing at 5am next door to ours. And just didn't care, soooo loud people and disrespectful. The other staff was nice though.

Really clean and comfortable beds, nice atmosphere. Breakfast is only a little snack but better then nothing and you won't find cheaper hospitality in quito colonial anyways! So 10/10, would go back anytime...

A great location in Quito, just in the center, very close to a main bus station, the stuff are great, very nice, very helpful! The rooms are considerably clean, the breakfast is small but satisfying. Especially good for backpackers. Good value for money and pretty cheap.

The perfect hostal to stay in Quito. Communication before my arrival was very helpful and clear. The hostel was very clean as the toilet, and the shower. The room was spacious and bright. The Hostel is in Down Town Colonial Quito,Near to the historical and cultural area of the city, with churches, squares and museums. Shopping areas, bars and restaurants. I was walking in to the city most of the days. Every days they served variety and generous: coffee, tea, pankakes, eggs,toast and fruits. The ownwe Miguel is always taking care of their guests and aways available to help.I was a little worried when I booked considering it had no reviews at the time, but it was an excellent value! Highly recommended!

This hostel is a horrible place.
It has 20+ beds, only 3 showers and 2 toilets for everyone. Shower had no hot water (it was +10C outside). All the time no toilet paper on toilets and you need to ask the owner about it. Garbage basket in toilets was fool every time and everything else was on the floor.
There is only one place for smokers on balcony of one room. If you live in this room, somebody will come to your room every 5 minutes. Almost all the doors are squeaking. So don’t expect to have relaxed night or day.
I checked in at 17:00, and beds didn’t have linens until 20:45.
The floor in the room was dirty: nails, hairs, dirt from street (it was rainy day).
The roof of the building is broken: it was rain on that day and water was in corridor with baskets for it.
I asked the owner about another smoking place and internet (it didn’t wok on that moment) and he asked me to leave. But I had reservation for 2 nights, not for 1 night.
The only good thing was breakfast.
If you have ANY other option, please, book it, but not this hostel.
