Good basic hotel, quiet, clean, close to Tivoli and about a 20-30min walk to the town center. Staff were great, all spoke perfect English and happy to help.

Very well located Hotel in the Center and near the main Station of Copenhagen. Simple but fully sufficient at a fair price.

The hotel is fair. But the best is the service from front desk. They are very polite and aleays willing to help. Really great.

Currently staying in the Richmond hotel, Copenhagen, small room ordinary at best, felt plug in the bathroom to unsafe to use, very noisy at night and when you can hear people in the level above you urinating and showering at night especially...not good. Staff ok, location good but unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel or would I want to stay here again.
