Ikke en rigtig hertz udlejning men blot en forhandler der hjælper med at udleje. Ved ændringer i kontrakt skal de ringe til hertz kontor og få dem til at sende en ny. Det kan tage sin tid.

Best....Service....Ever
For the record, I am writing this review even thought I did not rent directly from the Aalborg location...So why am I writing such a favorable review? Here's why:
-I rented a car in Copenhagen and my mother left her Nikon camera under the passenger seat when I returned it
-Hertz in Copenhagen had already rented the car to another client by the time I called them - the car was to be returned in Aalborg
-Both the Copenhagen and Aalborg locations coordinated together to make sure the car was searched when it was returned in Aalborg a week later
-The Aalborg Hertz found the camera, and mailed it to me directly, at Hertz' expense
Why is this so great?
-Hertz service was fantastic through the process (not always a given in Denmark, as much as I love the country)
-No one took the camera and pretended it was lost (I don't think this would happen in most countries)
-Hertz mailed the camera to me, and it arrived the following day (beyond the call of duty)
So yes, I will continue to rent from Hertz!
