Beware of deliberate fraud in their contracts and public representations, and do not give them your credit card information because it their contracts are in perpetuity:
I am a businessperson and came to Prague as a temporary transfer for a few months for my company. I explained it to the management representatives at Holmes place in Prague 5 and they advised me to sign for their "flex" contract. I signed a contract in the Czech language which I do not know. After my months were up, I left the country and obviously stopped paying. Now, they are claiming that I owe them for all the time since I left because I did not fill in a form to "resign" from the club before I left. Nobody told me in advance that there is such a form, let alone gave me a copy. Their business model is to make it impossible to keep their contracts in perpetuity even if you are there just for a month. Luckily, I never gave them my credit card details but was paying in cash and they cannot try to collect abroad, but I would caution anybody from signing anything they give you to sign. They clearly do not care for their brand name. I explained to them their mistake, but they simply do not care. They have a fraudulent business model praying on people who do not know their language. Of course you should not pay them a penny.

Can't say much about the gym but I did get a call from a debt collection company one day suggesting I had an outstanding debt with Holmes. Apparently Holmes had given my personal details (phone number, DOB, employment details ect.) to a third party without informing me or providing any details as to what the outstanding payment had been related to.
