If I could I wouldn't give any stars. The gym itself is nice and they have good machines and classes. But the service is terrible. We signed for a FLEXI pass which meant that we had 2 months and that's all, we could just stop going. But after we finished the contract they kept sending us thousands emails, calls and sending SMS asking to pay a FEE plus the membership for JULY and AUGUST, which we didn't go.
I feel mistreated.

This place makes me vomit. I signed a "Flexi" contract for two months and afterwards decided not to continue. I found better gym for half a price.
After a month, Holmes started claiming that I owe them membership fee for previous months and need to pay also another month plus fine. They bombarded me with text messages, emails and phone calls. How "Flexi" is that??!! I have never given then my credit card details and I'm not planning to pay them a single penny.
Never again.

Place is not bad, but it’s more focused on cardio, relax and group session than weightlifting gym.
+ they accept Multisport card
+ great sauna and whirlpool area
+ fully equipped bathroom
- lack of benches and free weights
- if you have thick 🔒, it will not work either

Terrible experience! In March I came to Holmes Place to know about the conditions, the prices and to know the gym. When I arrived I was poorly attended by Dagmar, who told me that no one could say the prices and even forbiden me from doing a workout to meet the gym when they told me that the first workout was free. She wanted to charge money and was unfriendly and rude! Neither the manager was in the gym and this at a normal time. Disillusioned with the image of Holmes Place Andel and with this kind of bad customer service I decided to make membership in another gym with better customer service.

Don't provide your card information, either storage overnight your things otherwise your lock and things will be gone, contract ask you for deposit that honestly with the lack of customer service they have you will never gonna see back, if you don't speak czech please look somewhere else.
