Rooms pretty neatly renovated and quite nicely and clean kept. Staff could speak a little better English. Location is great as well; tram and bus stations in front of the hotel and a 15 minutes walking time from Metro C. One of our demands was not fulfilled even though the staff made it clear that they would indeed fulfill it.

Good, comfy rooms, with a decent breakfast included. Situated slightly away from Old Town Square. Hence, be prepared to walk around a bit.

Very good price, helpful receptionists. Rooms don't have many wall sockets and lack a safe or hairdryer. Very good all round for the price.

Very good accomodation in the centre of Prague, We was very happy with everething. Cosy and clean room, nice people, good price.Inusky 10 min.we Was on Václav Square. Thé breakfast good enough. We did enjoy to be here.

To be honest I don't know how it got to be "best hotel". The room was pretty old and rundown. No door for the bathroom. The breakfast was ok. And at least the sheets was clean and the guys at the reception was kind... so I give three stars.
