Very clean and staff excellent. 10 mins walk to Wensleslas Sq. Slight up hill walking back. Generally good location. Breakfast good and served untill 11am. Will come again.

First impression was really good, member of staff was very friendly. Room seemed nice to start with, but on closer inspection we found lots of stains and marks on carpets and walls. We had a top floor room and shower was on the angled part of the wall. This was not practical, especially when there was someone over 6 foot who needed to use it. The folder in our room told us we had a variation of TV channels in English, but they all had no signal apart from 1 retro music channel. Breakfast was limited and not so good tasting. Also crammed everyone into a small area which could not even fit half of the guests in the hotel. Overall staff friendly, good customer service, reasonably priced, 2 star standard of room, poor breakfast.
