The hotel rooms are in bad condition. The bathrooms are durty and don't look like in the pics, the doors of the toilets are not lockebol And the hotel doors let alot of sound True.everyday the same breakfast.

We got scammed. They gave us rooms you wouldn't find on the pictures or site. Some of the bed sheets were marked with blood. Also couple of my friends were bit by an insect that caused rashes all over the body the hotel isn't that clean. Breakfast was decent (meh)
Save your money search for other hotels.

Staying in this hotel was a nightmare. The rooms were filthy, full of bugs, we even found a bird nest under a bed! The food was mediocre at best. They only have WiFi in the lobby, if you want it in your room, they charge €7, and even when you buy it, it's incredibly slow. The only positive thing I have to say is that the staff were friendly, but not very good at their jobs. The cleaning ladies did little to no work at all, not even replacing the toilet paper rolls once we ran out. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, it's not worth the money.

I would NEVER stay at this place again. The pictures I took look nothing like the over glossed, over advertisement pictures.

We entered and the reception people were NOT dressed professionally as they show in the photos. The carpet was dirty and torn throughout the hotel. Stains on the walls. The glass in the door leading to the zero floor from the 1st floor was shattered along with another door in the entry hallway. The beds are so hard you might as well sleep on the floor. The mattress covers were stained. Tiles on the bathroom floors were broken. Toilet seats were the cheap basic plastic ones. Our room was not cleaned and restocked as advertised when we returned. Chairs in the dining room were tattered.

Young students were allowed to be loud and obnoxious. Complained and was told I needed to complain sooner. Next day I could hear the students that were in the reception area all the way to my room which was on the 9th floor due to all windows and front door being open. These students were allowed to act that way disturbing others until the reception guy saw me come into the reception area. His excuse was that their "teacher" was with them.

The straw was this morning when there was a man that appeared to be homeless passed out in the side lobby asleep on the couch with an open bag of chips and a drink on the coffee table. His shoes were off. The stench could be smelled all the way into the main lobby.

This advertisement is false as far as I am concerned. We booked based on the false pictures.
