This rental company is the worst! Horrible customer service, their fleet is old an unreliable. Promise me you'll never rent from them!

Exactly as James' experience - when returning the car they find a scratch (on a car with dozens of them) and demand money for it.

Total scam. When we returned the car, they found a microscopic scratch on the bumper, and demanded hundreds of dollars in repairs. Meanwhile, there were much bigger scratches they never bothered to repair. I've rented thousands of cars around the world, and never had such a bad experience. Our credit card company needed an accident report in order to process an insurance claim, and Renecar refused to provide it.
