Always a good choice in case of food and beer. Perfect service and nice atmosphere. Can get crowded in eve, specially on weekends. Next to it is a nice park, perfect combination of walk and restaurant.

Good option for traditional Czech cuisine with a modern twist. Place located in a nice area easy to access by tram and less crowded than other Lokal downtown. Nice atmosphere and in general good service. Try the smažený sýr (fried cheese), really good here.

One of the best pubs in the area. Lovely simple concept with incredible classic, simple, and tasty dishes. The beer is top notch and it just keeps coming as it used to in the good old days :)

I can't recommend this place more, especially if you're in the neighbourhood. Really great home-made food, good service and of course good beer. A good atmosphere and out of the centre; so not such a tourist trap. I can expect it's often busy, so a reservation is recommended if you're wanting to eat.
