Excellent and absolutely the most flexible service in town! I have only Visa Electron what was a huge problem in every other car rental we visited. But Lutar was an exception and the amount of cash deposit wasn't bad at all.

Rented a Ford Focus for 7 days, the car was flawless and clean. Everything starting from the communication was a very nice and pleasant experience.

Amazing service and staff. This was a last minute rental for me as I was about to be scammed by Fleet. Gordan was very helpful and understood the situation. There were no hidden costs and the deposit was reasonable (unlike Fleet - in all respects).
I rented in Split and returned in Zagreb. As I travelled alone with 2 small children, Gordan offered to have my car picked up at the hotel where I was staying with the kids and avoid the hassle of airport drop off. As I arrived the hotel, Lutar employee showed up within a couple of hours and picked up the car. Amazing service - HIGHLY recommended.
