Great food, great hosts and great view. For some, more authentic meals you need to pre-order but it is worth it.

The abandoned village is a fascinating and beautiful place, but unfortunately, it's been scarred by the opening of Konoba Stori Komin.
The owner is rude to the point of shouting at guests who dare to approach a table without asking first (restaurant was empty). A really unpleasant and unstable character.
Such a shame, it spoils an incredibly peaceful village. Try to visit without passing the nasty shouty man's restaurant. "Local guide reviews" are ALL 5*. I wonder why.

Beautiful restaurant on the side of an abandoned village. Serves the most authentic home-cooked and hearty dishes (best in Hvar) that are simply to die for. Very friendly owner will make you feel right at home. Definitely a place to visit in Hvar and we will definitely be back. Ideally reserve a table before you head up there.
