This was my first time visiting Abidjan and I was thoroughly impressed by this property. Our flight arrived around 1 am but the driver was there waiting for us and brought us back to the hotel promptly. The receptionist Konan was incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay--in fact most of the staff were and their hospitality really made our stay incredible. The hotel is quite modern and clean. We enjoyed the pool although the equipment in the gym wasn't operating. Each staff member went out of their way to assist us. The curator of the museum (yes there is a museum inside the hotel) took us to the market, found a place for us to get pedicures and was incredibly kind. Our housekeeper took our clothes to the tailor to be repaired and returned them in the same afternoon. The restaurant manager gave us breakfast twice when we showed up 30 minutes after it was over. We also enjoyed drinks and a fancy brunch at the rooftop lounge which is very popular on weekends. We weren't able to explore the city as much as we would have liked because of the language barrier but the staff went with us and acted as our translators on several occasions. We are beyond grateful that we chose this property and will definitely stay here again when we return to Abidjan.
