The first two times I came here (out of 3 this week) would have gotten 5 stars. The view and atmosphere is awesome. Sunsets are amazing. The third time I got “Casado with beef” and they gave me some very old beef. It was so bad, and I’m not a complainer. I had a couple people try it and they almost gagged. The first two dinners were great. The nachos are awesome if you do go. I just wouldn’t recommend the beef.... or sushi. You don’t want sushi at a place that serves old beef, the fish has to be worse

They advertise "best happy hour" I stopped in for a Mojito after a few sips I noticed my stomach start to gurgle it tasted like spoiled lime and the peppermint leaves where rotten. I asked the bartender if I could have something different and he said, whatever you like. I ordered a simple rum and ginger ale and was charged $12 USD. He said happy hour prices were on only selected drinks (the ones the didn't know how to make) obviously. I felt like a ripped off" Gringo... and left!

Barba Roja is a great place on the main road between Quepos and Manuel Antonio. It's open most of the time, has a great bar, and a large menu with lots of variety. But the best part is the VIEW -- completely unbelievable. Must see!!!

The food here is always great. The sushi is fresh and very well executed. Occasionally they have live music and the view is beautiful at sunset. It's pricey but worth it.
