Very nice staff, breakfast isn't bad. There was some strong rain and water leaked into the room through the floor. Wasn't able to plug in HDMI to tv because they block it off.

It was nice to sleep there, but in the morning there was a construction in front of the building that made a lot of noise

Relatively new clean place, close to both the main Carnival route and the Estadio Romelio Martinez, where they have the music festival during the Carnival. Given the good value they offer, I would highly recommend to stay there during the Carnival, unless you are too sensitive to noise: the walls are not thick enough. Otherwise a great budget hotel with a good breakfast and exceptionally attentive staff. The manager spoke English (in Feb 2016), which was another plus.
