Monarca Hotel Las Condes

Es un edificio común y Monarca las Condes tiene algunos apartamentos. Tienen lo justo. Pero deberían arreglar algunas cosas en el mobiliario y las paredes. La cama es cómoda y la ducha muy buena . Tenés caja fuerte y varios placares. Deberían mejorar el desayuno.

É bem localizado, porém a limpeza deixa muiiiito a desejar! O prédio é um misto de moradores e o hotel, q funciona no segundo andar, tem alguns apartamentos para hóspedes! O café da manhã é péssimo!!!

We had the wort experiencein our stay , towels torn with big holes bed linen not replaced as per information given and room dirty, managers on duty did not show any consern about it, photos were shown to the manager on duty ,he did not show any curtesy or interst whhile the claim was presented to him not even an eye contact, he just keep doin what he was doing, it was a bad bad experience

It is not a hotel. It is a residential building with a central office that rents out apartments. The reception merely directs you to your room. Perhaps it is a better option for extended stays done through an agency. Lastly, request a high floor. I thought that I was sleeping on the shoulder of a highway.
