Vim parar aqui, porque meu quarto no outro hotel da rede, Luciano K, inundou à meia noite.
Esse hotel ja deve ter tido seu tempo de glamour, mas hoje esta desgastado e necessitando renovaçao. Os moveis, toalhas, sofas do lobby, etc ja mostram sofrimento pela idade. As janelas do quarto 5 nao tem soundproofing, o que faz com que ouça cada ruido da rua. Tambem, esse quarto é em frente ao salao do cafe da manha. Torça para nao haver early birds no hotel. Na 2a noite fecharam uma porta, isolando o quarto, o que melhorou bem o ruido. O piso é todo em madeira e range todo o tempo.
A Andrea, no cafe da manha é super simpatica, mas o que ela serve é bastante restrito, comparado a outros hoteis.
Ao fechar a conta foram bem gentis em nao cobrar os extras, como compensaçao pelo que passei no outro hotel.
Em resumo, se o hotel se renovar, vale a pena.

A beautiful boutique hotel in a very nice neighborhood. The room was spacious and comfortable and the staff very helpful. Loved the breakfast on the outdoor patio. The only disappointment was the pool. It's a little sorry affair right outside the restaurant.

Definitely a pleasure to be here. The fun artwork, stylish yet cozy furniture and little design quirks were memorable. The breakfast is superb- some of the best scrambled eggs I've ever had. If i visit Santiago again I will return.

Wonderful little oasis. Charming staff, beautiful room with a large quiet private terrace. The big sunken garden is a treat for an evening drink: shady, lush and well cushioned. Would absolutely stay there again.
