Beer list is great and the food is fantastic. I'm excited for the future of this location! Service was also very nice.

All cards on the table - I used to work at this place. I always enjoyed the food when I worked there, traditional dishes meeting a modern flair with a focus on savor and flavor, can't complain about that. I was always a big fan that Brogue served ACTUAL 20oz pints, not to mention the beer selection is top in the city. The bartenders are well trained and educated in traditional cocktails such as Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sours, and Manhattans - I recommend the Rock Hard Iced Tea or the Rogue.
I went there just the other night, and it had been ages since I was there last. It was great to enjoy the full experience of the Brogue as a customer, and not an employee. I was impressed with the promt service and great attention of my server/bartender. A great local watering hole with something for everyone.
FYI Wednesday nights! You won't find a better spot in Winnipeg than the Brogue.
