Car was great. Customer service was poor. Hence the two stars. When I reserved the vehicle I assumed this would be a nice experience with friendly people because on the phone Patty was nice. So here is my issue, I asked specifically for a Japanese vehicle when I reserved the car she told me it would be a Toyota. I said ok and gave them my credit card information. When I arrived to pick it up she gave me a blue Chevy Cruz. I asked why she and she said another customer with higher priority than you got it. Umm ok.. I then asked why wasn't I notified she said you reserved a type of vehicle and we typically don't notify customers of something like that. I thought to myself this is odd. She then proceeded to ask me several times if I wanted the vehicle and then adds "I really didn't want this car to go out today"? Umm what?? Ugh I think to myself and drive off if I didn't need it I would have given it back with her smug attitude. When I get back I notice there is another person inside but no one greets me. The checkout is quick but she asks me to sign before going through the charges. I asked for an itemized list and she says "you're looking at it". She then points to a carbon copy of the agreement from the reservation. This place is very odd. I noticed a man came in after me and the guy greeted him warmly and asked about his trip. I however received loads of condescension and nothing more. I would NOT come back here again and encourage you to go where they value your dollar. Buyer beware you've been warned. I hope there are nicer places in Windsor because this one has been disappointing..

Great experience! Patty and staff made our last minute trip super easy. The vehicle was clean and ready on time. Flexible pickup and drop-off and very affordable..Will recommend.

Just rented 16 foot cube van. Drove to st Thomas and back. Comfortable, easy to drive and super clean. Good on gas too! Great customer service at pick up and easy drop off. Id use these guys every move from now on.

Called pattyco about a week in advance to book a vechicle for 4 days, an hour before I was to pick up the rental I called to confirm and was told "I'm trying to get you a vechicle, in the meantime you should call enterprise". I normally use enterprise and have no problem booking a vechicle in advance but choose pattyco after being recommended from a friend. When I questioned the lady at pattyco why after making reservation a week in advance there was nothing available she responded with, " well you didn't provide us with a credit card" even though I was told to bring that info with me when I picked up the car. In conclusion save yourself the hassle and book your rentals with enterprise. I drove here right after this and walked out 20 mins later with a better deal .

I went in to rent a pick up truck, and they were so pretentious the first thing she said is " you know its a 60K vehicle." i was like , ok...my truck is worth more than that.
who cares what it's worth? your renting the truck, i have insurance, a corporate CC, what does it matter?
She was so rude, and made me feel like i'm not good enough to rent her Tundra! i own 3 vehicles worth more than that, just needed a truck as my truck is getting some work done. i went to discount and they were so polite...was in and out in 20 minutes! Thanks Discount!
