Tim Andrews leads with his heart in this thoughtful, compassionate, detailed clinic. He is a highly experienced, observant vet who does everything - I brought my Bernese Lucy in with a strange, growing bump/lump on her head and he immediately extracted cells and viewed them in a microscope. The cost was 1/7 of a quote from a False Creek Vet but more importantly - this clinic goes all the way. Vet, dental and everything else and Tim take the TIME to explain everything - share x rays - check oft overlooked details that make all the difference. (at a fraction of the price of other vets - and this is appreciated deeply when professionals act with integrity)
Tim Andrews ADORES animals and really relishes sharing all his medical info with considerable time gifted to explanations - it is clearly his purpose and his passion. Tim and his sidekick Micron (his own sweet, personable dog) run the clinic with a whole lot of love. The staff and the amazing receptionist Jamie are hilarious/kind/thoughtful and the cherry on top is the bowl of caramels free for the 'parents' at the front desk:)

BEWARE - as noted by other reviewers the receptionist Jamie is immature, rude, judgmental and not compassionate. Very unprofessional - day after day she was going to email information making excuses and saying she was too busy but still never followed through. My experiences with her and Tim Andrews is why I would NEVER use Crescent Beach Veterinary Clinic! The apple doesn't fall to far there. Don't go just because it is cheaper - you get what you pay for and believe me you will pay for it in the end. I would NEVER take my pet there and suggest you avoid this place - too many great vets in the area that do not take you for a ride!! #disgusted #zero-stars

Tim Andrews has been our family Vet for years now for 3 different dogs. We moved to Vancouver a few years ago and STILL make the drive all the way to Crescent Beach because that is how good he is. He is honest, genuine, and trustworthy. He is the only vet I will bring my pets to see.

I brought my hamster here last week because she had a lump on her chest. There aren't many vets that treat "exotic" animals around South Surrey but this is one of them. The doctor seemed genuinely sincere and gave me several treatment options instead of pushing the most expensive service onto me. The checkup fee is relatively lower than other clinics as well. I liked that he explained the treatment procedures very detailed and thoroughly so I understood what would be happening.

Had an emergency pop up for my beloved Budweiser at 5:15pm last night (they close at 5:30pm) and Thalia said they would wait for me as it takes me 20 minutes to drive there. Both she and Dr. Andrews stayed late to find out what was going on with my little fellow. Dr. Andrews even gave me his home phone number just in case something happened during the night so I could call him and not have to go to the animal emergency. They love animals first and it shows. Much respect and love. God Bless Crescent Beach Vet Clinic! J
