Mostly positive. Last time I asked three times for them to do my fingernails first. They honestly didn't listen. Despite waiting, my fingers smudged and I didn't have time to wait for them to fix them. Next time I will insist on it. The quality of pedicure is very good. The place looks clean and you can actually watch them pull their tools from a sterilizer. I would recommend, despite the fact that the speak Vietnamese the entire time. Which is not good when your clients do not speak it. Most of the ladies are very friendly.

Bad experience every time I go not with the lady's doing it bit with the lack of massage I never get.... And there talking about me in front of my face and maybe they think I don't understand them but little do they now I fully do.

David is awesome . Always a good professional job. This salon is super clean. I used to go to another salon that always appeared to be dirty and dusty. At Advance your file and buffer is put in a plastic box with your name on it which is a very good service to prevent contamination . Parking can be tricky some times. Keep up the good work. Patti

I just had the worst pedicure ever, and I have had a lot of pedicures. From the time I sat in the chair until the time the woman shoved my flip flops on when she was done, I had been there 24 minutes.There were 2 women sitting next to me already having pedicures and I was finished before both of these women even had polish applied. It started with cold water, then went straight to clipping my nails. She did not even attempt to shape my toenails, some were cut and filed straight across and the others cut uneven. The calluses on my heels were dismissed with a quick file and she did not massage my feet or legs but instead rubbed them up and down vigorously which was rather uncomfortable. She couldn't even get the polish right! She painted them without toe separators and had to touch them up when she put my flip flops back on, and two nails were still smudged! And my little toe was half painted! She finished with telling me I could "sit there" while the polished dried but I declined. Biggest waste of $31.50 that I have ever spent. It's not like me to not leave a tip but this woman didn't deserve a nickel. I have always had great experiences in the past at this salon but I have to say now I won't be returning, or recommending. Doesn't even deserve the one star but had to choose otherwise it wouldn't let me post this. So unfortunate.
