Will never go to that Ricky's again the service was disgusting waitress never bothered to ask if we wanted ketchup or sauce never asked if we wanted jam or anything for our toast sausages we half cooked and waited half he just to get service

I had a horrible experience. We had to wait for over an hour to get our food while there was not many people in the restaurant at all. Waitresses were clearly just walking around looking bored with nothing do do. A waitress dropped maple syrup on the floor and I ended up being covered head to toe in it. I understand accidents happen, however I was only apologized to once 15 minutes after the fact by someone who was coming to clean it up. I wasn't compensated for the discomfort. Needless to say, I will not be back.
