This was a wonderful choice. The room was
spotless and luxurious. The balcony overlooked the harbour where seaplanes and pickle boats were always on the go.
The pool is huge and the hot tub was super after a day of museums and castles.

I recently booked two rooms at this hotel for out of town business associates. This hotel provides an excellent guest experience from check in to check out. The rooms are spotless and provide a quiet, comfortable stay. We met as a group in the restaurant/lounge, the food and service quality was second to none. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to the Victoria area. Thank you Hotel Grand Pacific.

It was beautiful, a classic old school style with modern touches. We enjoyed the balcony and it's harbour view and its location is central to the entertainment area of downtown and the quiet side of the wharf village area. The room was not unique, it was modern and updated. The bedding was absolutely wonderful and the bathroom was beautiful and bright! We would stay here again!

I often stay at the Grand Pacific in Victoria. It's great service in the best location with views you can't buy anywhere else. This time I was heading to Vancouver staying at the PAN Pacific, but mistakenly booked the GRAND in Victoria. I arrived with no room in Vancouver (sorted), and then called back to Victoria. It was after check-out and they didn't need to refund me, but the manager did with no fuss. That level of service never goes unnoticed - thanks!

Great location, within walking distance of downtown, oldtown, and Chinatown! The room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable. The air conditioning didn't work as well as I would have figured, given how nice the rest of the hotel is. Also we woke up to a window washer at 9am looking into our room??? That was unexpected and frankly a bit strange, hence the missing star. Otherwise it was great! The hotel even held on to our luggage after check out so we could do more shopping before catching the clipper home!
