Fast, honest, and pleasant. I actually used to serve the two founders almost every morning for their breakfast, and they were always a pleasure. When I needed something disposed of at my workplace, I thought of them immediately. It was pretty last-minute, but they squeezed me into their timetable and were there right when they said they would be. Their rate was very reasonable (I was actually surprised). Always smiling, too. It's nice to see a local business be so successful. Next time I need to get rid of anything, they'll be the ones I call. UPDATE: And I just had two of their guys lift an insanely heavy and awkward hide-a-bed couch, a memory foam mattress, boxspring, frame, and a bunch of other things. They're amazing. Hire them.

I wanted to take a minute to rave about this company. Very impressed with the professionalism. When I learned about the size of the company and the age of it, I was even more impressed. I dealt with Wes initially and then Aaron. I had a very old pile of compost, wood and you name it in my backyard. Aaron came and gave me a quote and we set up an appointment. The guys showed up and made two trips that day, all recycled, and had to come back a third time another day to take care of the pile of what we thought was compost but was still hindered by wood, branches, not sure what people were thinking with this originally, there was so much that two of the other drivers came to help finish the job, in total over 2 days, over 8ooo pounds removed from my yard. The guys were Connor, James, Chris & Mitch were excellent, great spirits and so friendly even working in that heat and carrying all that weight. Great employees. Great owners and great rates, wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone and will never use another removal company myself. Oh and at the end of it all, Aaron came to see the work completed the first day and called me on the last day!

I booked easily over the phone, they showed up on time (and gave a call 1/2 an hour ahead to make sure someone would be there to receive them), and they got the job done. One aspect I really liked is that they charge by weight (they have trucks that have built in weigh scales). In my case his estimate of what it would cost (based on my description) was bang on, and very reasonable. And then finally payment was really easy - I received the invoice by email, and did the payment online. I highly recommend Atlas.
