Made it for happy hour 🙂 the veggie po boy was amazing! Fries were okay. I really like their choice in draft. I'll be back for sure.

Mouth watering house made hot sauce. Their breakfast options are really good too. Try their mushroom Benny.

A vibrant restaurant with super happy faces of diners and staff! The live music meant I stayed and had dessert followed by gin followed by another! Our children 10 and 12 (notoriously difficult ages when dining out!!) loved the energy in the Heron Rock and commented on how fab the music was. We are coming back to Victoria next weekend, hopefully we will book a table! Please visit this eatery, they deserve all stars x

What a great place for dinner! There I was over the border from the US, and I felt like I was from the neighborhood. Friendly, helpful staff. The first time there I got salmon on a salad, a glass of house wine, and bread pudding. What a great dinner. The salmon was perfect, the salad delicious, and the price far less than I expected, $27. The second time it was Happy Hour, I got a pulled pork sandwich and side salad for $12. Absolutely the best pork sandwich I've ever had. I don't know where they get their buns. Fabulous.

July 21 2017...Very basic decor..nothing fancy but comfy and adequate. Initial greeting at the door was essentially pleasant... Service prompt and also very pleasant. Simple but decent menu options. The falling down point was the food itself...the over usage of salt ! There were 3 of us..3 different meals.....burger....fish poboy... spaghetti...I tasted all 3 dishes....in each case I immediately tasted way too much use of salt ...overpowering the flavors of each dish. Will try the restaurant again for a second assessment.
