Rotisserie chicken. It's moist, the price is great as far as sit-down restaurants go, the sides are fine and the dipping sauce is the best part. This isn't gourmet: it's family dining, and everyone will find something they like.
This location suffers a bit for parking and I've found the service can be a bit slow even when it isn't busy.

I just love their chicken. My only complaint is I have to travel to long to eat here. I have no idea why there are so few locations in the greater Vancouver area. The place was clean service was friendly and fast and the good great as always. True value for you dollar.

Can't say I'm surprised this location didn't last. Service was good. No wait. Not busy. Ambiance for Kits was pleasant enough. Something lacking in quality. Was wheelchair accessible. Located on South side of West Broadway. Now for lease.

It don't even deserve one star . Worst service ever . We were going there for my grandfathers birthday . I told them my family was coming. They got the tables ready , but didn't even offer us to sit . After more family showed we got up and sat at the table . Took them along time before they even came over to offer us drinks , about a half hour . Then another half hour before we got our drinks . My brother ordered an appetizer , and we never even got that . hour and I don't know how long ,and they still didn't even come over and take our order. Half of us got drinks and the other half of my family didn't even get asked for drinks. We just up and left and went to Denny's. Better service , friendly staff. Food was delicious . Never going back to that Swiss chalet . Ever !!

On Valentine's day, at 9:30 pm, we showed up for a meal after the GF got off work. We were told that they closed at 9:30... even though their sign says 10pm.
And it is freaking Valentine's day?! How can you NOT be open?! The place was empty save for 1 table of people. Is the place that hideous that you can't get any customers even on Valentine's day?
And I checked, my phone read 9:31pm when I walked in the door because I saw the sign that said CLOSE 10pm.
Not even an offer to have take out or anything, nope, we are closed.
I hope you close for good and get replaced with a restaurant that has some customer service!
