The food is OK. It's a chain. ..so don't expect too much. But it is consistent. And the price is regular $. They have happy hour (deals and discounts) from 2.30 to 6pm and after 10pm.
They teamed up with Jazen boba tea, so it adds a new touch to what they have been serving. Place is not tasteful but clean. Good and predictable experience. One of the wait staff is friendly and helpful.

The soup was okay all things considered. The reason I gave such a low review is the atmosphere. The lights are bright bright white fluorescent lighting and they blare top 40 music. The place looks like a cafeteria in a mall, but the prices don't reflect that. Unfortunately, they are open later than most pho places on Kingsway so I had to settle for it.

Pho here is good. I usually order delivery from delivery apps but the last time I ordered from them, it was very different than what it usually tastes like. 4 out of 5 times, my food was delicious, hence the 4 star review.

Service is quick. But other than that, I can't think of anything else. The service was shoddy at best. The broth was very oily. Servings small. I had a dirty water cup and stained spoon. Not sure if other restaurants under this chain are like this though.

Service is not good, wait long to be served although not crowded, food is not as good as before. And the chopsticks are very difficult to use.
