The view is great! Go for the view.
The mediocre food prices have been increased, in its last month, to an average of $49. If possible eat before or after visiting Cloud 9.

The absolute worst service I have ever received. Not greeted, not welcomed. We sat down and ordered and before we got our order we got the bill. The waiter has no decent etiquette when dealing with guests at this establishment. Perhaps the next time I visit I'll get the level of service that should be expected.

I've been to this place few times for drinks to watch the sunset. It's sad that such place will be closed down for good. It's slightly pricy but you pay for the AMAZING view the rotating restaurant offers. you can see the entire city just by sitting at your seat. I'll definitely miss this place

Apathetic service combined with a lackluster food and flavors plated in an outdated style create an odd experience to say the least. Food is alright, but better deals and flavors surround th cloud, while the poor service and communication from the servers absolutely sink the cloud; straight down the hill and into the bay.
Come for the view, but keep in mind the place has been due to a renovation since the 80's and the chairs and benches are tattered and torn (the hotel is due to be torn down soon). Otherwise it's a rotating restaurant with so so food and bad service.

The only reason I would recommend this place to anyone is for the view. It was absolutely amazing!
However the service is horrible. Upon arrival we were met with a very angry customer complaining about the service. I work in the service industry and thought maybe she was over exaggerating how upset she was...NOPE.
We were sat, then ignored. Finally ordered drinks then were ignored again. 30 mins later I managed to flag someone down and asked if we could have menus and he asked "for what"...well considering this is a restaurant I would like to look at a menus and order something to eat 😐 (We were looking for either an appitizer or dessert) and I was rudely told there is no dessert menu. So I asked if they have desserts and he said "yes" that's it, no mention of what they were...so I asked may I know what they are...and finally I hear the dessert choices. It was astonishing how rude a waiter in what is supposed to be considered a high end restaurant can be to customers. I've had better service in white spot.
