The worst customer service! I'm not sure if the owners were ok when I went and visited. I asked for my 3 subs to be individual bagged for convenience, instead of putting My subs in 3 individual bags they put them into one and "threw" the bag of sandwiches at me. Very disappointed, not coming back.

Cheap sub ($3.50) but not even worth it. I had #4 and it had only 2 slices of meat and very little pickles. The other location is much better.

I prefer their other location on Kingsway and Fraser, where the bread is more fresh and the restaurant/store is more spacious. I'm told that the baking is done in store at the Fraser location...
Neither are places to eat in unless in a pinch, and note that both are cash only.

I wanted to love their bahn mi but it was a little disappointing. Warming the bread would have made all the difference. But for the price and location it's very good. It's definitely a take-out only store.
