I want to give this HSBC branch ZERO is there is one. The Branch has a zero customer service. Their representatives are rude and inconsiderate, furthermore; they will ask the clients irrelevant questions about your account.
Their staff are NOT DIVERSE; that is probably the reason it 's hard to deal with them.
Take your money somewhere else.

Worse service u can get frm a bank. No smile in any staff. It's all about why they can't do the job.
I was put to a trainee and every two minutes, he had to check with the manager in a cubicle. It took 45 mts to get my job at the counter. No officer bothered to help. Later found my job was not done.
