Don't live or stay here absolutely disgusting building tons of rodents bed bugs and cockroaches and the tenants are worse than the critters they have living there. Won't let my worst enemy stay there. Now the bugs have doubled new white paint on the walls won't cut this piss poor renovation which by the way isn't much of a renovation. It also has welcomed new tenants mice and mites and carpet beetles have now moved right on in with the rest of the critters and the certifiably insane hookers that reside in Serena House aka New Wings Hotel. You must be a welfare client in good standing as well as a prostitute to reside here in this large brothel right smack in the heart of the downtown Vancouver's Eastside. I definitely wouldn't stay there or recommend it to amyonwp

This is no longer a hotel and it is not called New Wings Hotel anymore. This place is a single room occupancy building called Seerena's. It has been taken over by Atira Women's Resource Society. It is a harm reduction building meaning that they supply the residents with clean using material for using drugs. It is also a womens only building but they are allowed to bring guests into their rooms. Which brings me to the next information, a lot of the women are
