It's not the worst experience, but it's still bad. This is my first time to come here do my haircut, and it's gonna be the last time. I want some adjustment on my hair, and the stylist start complaining. Do not camplain to your customer! I am the person who is gonna pay for this, and you wanna complain someone that is gonna pay you. My hair is totally different after this haircut, and im so unsatisfied with this. The reason i give you 2stars is i dont wanna be so bad to you; if possible, i dont wanna give any stars. dont deserve it.

I walked in yesterday to get a haircut, put my name on the wait list, saw that there was about a 40 minute wait, and left the wait area (it was getting full) to run some errands (groceries at College Park). I came back 25 minutes later, waited another 15 until it was my turn, and one of the two stylists working was about to cut my hair until the other one interrupted rather rudely and said that she can't cut my hair because I left after putting my name down on the wait list, and I have to wait until everyone else has gone before me. She said it was company policy (no policy was posted anywhere in the waiting area). Very frustrating. One of the customers waiting actually stood up for me and said "I don't see any reason why he can't leave to do something else while waiting. There is no use in all of us sitting here in the Topcuts Jail". I left after the argument with the stylist over the unwritten company policy on waiting. I've cut my hair at Topcuts 5 times and it will stay at that number, out of principle because common sense doesn't seem to prevail in the stylists they hire. Now why would I want someone lacking that cutting my hair?

I can't say it's the best hair cut I've got nor the best service...but you can't expect much for that price

I always get my hair cut here. It's a very convenient walk-in location. I usually go in when it's not too busy so I don't really have to wait. The staff is polite.
