The place is very clean, has lockers, slippers, shower caps, the works. We also love the treats like Sloane tea, fruit infused water, and biscotti pre/post massage. The massage itself is mediocre. I find they follow a routine versus cater to every individual's back. This is more of a "spa" experience versus back massage appointment, but it's good that an RMT is provided.

Great massage from my therapist, however other reasons for 3 out of 5 stars:
The good:
Massage was good (my therapist was Erica)
Very clean, quiet atmosphere. Nice amenities.
The not so good:
The prices are quite expensive compared to even the upscale spas in downtown Toronto. Some of the amenities are not shared, and are in separate change rooms, so you may not be able to enjoy with your partner. Also after my massage, I had an appointment to run to and asked if I can come back later to use the facilities (really just a shower). However, they could not accommodate that... not a big deal but at this price I would think they would offer something like that.
I may give them another shot, but my go-to spot would be Elmwood spa.

A truly wonderful spa experience and one of the best facials I've ever received. It was during the Beautylicious event so I had the 45 mins facial for under $100 but in that 45 mins, my aesthetician managed to do thorough but gentle extractions, the most amazing head and shoulder massage during steam and mask, double serums and the most relaxing facial massage. Facilities were quiet and lovely and the service was wonderful as always!

Came here for a 60 minute massage with my wife. Very relaxing, rmt'd were excellent. Facilities were clean and soothing.

Went to Still Water after my friend Steve took his wife there and said it was great. I Took Emily for a pedicure after a hard day working in the sun. Turns out, it was great, great and more great. I would give it a five star if the amenities (which are included) were co-ed meaning we could spend time together in the jacuzzi/steam room/sauna etc. The tea lounge is nice and comfy and you can spend time with your spouse there if you want to.
My therapist was incredibly friendly and excellent at her job. Gordana (I hope I'm spelling that right), you made our experience fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and we'll be back.
Again, the four star is really only due to the fact that some of the amenities are in the separate locker rooms- nothing anyone can do about that now (and honestly it's not that big a deal).
