Stopped by Affinity last minute as I had to leave my car at the shop for a few days. Had last minute rentals at a very affordable rate and very nice vehicles. Wayne helped me and got me going on my way quickly. Took the vehicle back and dropped it off with Shane and I must say the customer service here is the absolute best I have ever recieved. Thanks Affinity.

I rented a mini cooper convertible for my Husband's Birthday on Saturday, June 6, 2017. From the first day I inquired about the rental to the day we picked it up, the service was impeccable. All my questions were answered as this was my first time renting a high end luxury car. Shane and the gentleman who worked on Saturday (didn't catch his name) were very welcoming and helpful and ensured my rental went smoothly.I do not usually provide reviews for places but I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to rental a high end luxury car to rent here. You won't be disappointed.

Hands down the best service I have ever received when renting a car! I've used them a few times now and not only are the cars above expectations but the people who work there are super friendly, professional and on the ball. I would highly recommend them!

While my car was being repaired by Pfaff dealership, they rented a car to me through Affinity
Few months later, I got a letter form Affinity informing me they are charging my visa for using 407.
Since I requested a valet drop off when my car was repaired. The dealership asked Affinity to pick up the rental and return my car.
I no longer have their rental car when they used 407. The time & date clearly stated on the bill.
Since I didn't use 407 at all, I filed a dispute with them. They promised to look into it. It's been over a month with no reply from Affinity.
