Its a non professional rental agency. Online booking doesn't mean you booked the car. Cars are aged. Lots of warning lights are on and not in good condition or shape.Guy there is good though and this is the only good thing.

I have been renting from these guys for years ... they are Persian and Indian- not sure why one reviewer concluded they were Russian, lol - for what it's worth I am Italian and it's time we all get along. Great service, good prices, and never had a problem. I don't give them 5 stars because some of their cars are a bit rough, but hey I want a cheap rental, and that's exactly what I get.
